On December 18, 2024, a seminar was held in the conference room of Zhejiang Omnipotent Spring Machine Co., Ltd. to review the research proposal submitted by postdoctoral candidate MINKIN ALEKSANDR.

The expert panel consisted of distinguished professionals including Professor Pan Boyou, Professor Zhao Guanglei, Associate Professor Zhang Yong, Senior Engineer Li Chaoyun, and Senior Engineer Qian Yangtian. During the seminar, the topic of "Photon Sensing Technologies for Diagnosing the Current Technical Condition of CNC Winding Machines: Demodulation of Signals in an Array of Fiber-optic Interferometric Sensors" was presented. Key points discussed included the relevance of the proposal, the detailed content of the research, its significance for the company, the main technical challenges in implementing the research proposal, and the proposed research schedule.
After thorough clarification and discussion, the experts unanimously agreed that the topic aligns well with the company's needs and approved the proposed research topic.
