Process Overview
Candidate Selection
Our company identifies specialists who meet the requirements of local enterprises. We request a resume detailing all levels of education, places of work, and a list of scientific articles, which we translate into Chinese.
Enterprise Selection
We offer the candidate various enterprises to choose from. If the candidate finds a suitable enterprise, an online meeting is organized to approve the project topic and deadlines.
Document Submission and Project Defense
The documents are submitted for the competition, and the project is defended before a commission (remotely).
Role and Expectations
You will be attracted as an expert manager with a personal project aimed at improving the national economy of the PRC. This involves agreeing with the enterprise on a mutually interesting topic to enhance or introduce new technological processes.
There are two primary options for your involvement:
Postdoctoral Position at an Enterprise:
This option is relatively easier and faster to obtain.
Grant Program (National Projects):
This involves submitting documents in the spring with selection results announced in November. This option is generally suitable for candidates with extensive experience in well-known companies or those with doctorates. A significant advantage is having studied at Moscow State University.
Project Details
Duration
Projects range from 3 months to 2 years, with the possibility of contract extension if desired by the enterprise. Assistance in bringing relatives, if necessary, will be provided.

Compensation
Salary is negotiable, and the grant covers project implementation costs. Accommodation and flights are paid for by the host.
